In Chicago Illinois law, how long does it take to get a tenant out who is challenging a non-renewal?

If the landlord decides to give notice that there will ne no renewal of the lease, and the tenant fights it, how long will it take to get the tenant out?

The landlord will file an eviction action if she refuses to leave. In Chicago, this moves fairly quickly, since the court system has a fast track set up for evictions. I'd venture she will be removed within thirty days.

Advise your client to find somewhere else to live. He is going to have an eviction on his credit report and a bunch of court costs, fees AND probably a judgement.
