I would say Election Fraud because it immediately Circumvents the whole process for one person's particular want. It's immediate, concise, and certain.

Voter fraud is only a particular portion of the population and can and probably is overridden by the popular vote except in the event of a close election (ala 2000 in FL?)

I would say election fraud. It's been a while since I read the article, so my I don't remember the details, but the the top dogs at this company that has built these new electronic voting machines are buddies of bush.

i would say voter fraud because it just seems more malicious and harmful. but widespread election fraud is something that goes on in the most corrupt of "newer" democracies. thats creepy. its like the voter fraud doesnt even matter because the result is completely fabricated anyway.
