A man from the island that all of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 came to hate after they were rescued, because his actions caused them to be rescued, and they later realized that returning to their previous lives was a far greater fate than being lost on the island.
My guess is that the man is Charlie, because he doesn't drown and doesn't die until after they are rescued. The survivors come to hate Charlie because they later learn that if he wouldn't have figured out the code and entered it in at The Looking Glass, then all the events that led up to their rescue, and imminent misery would have never happened, because they would have never been rescued and would still be safe on the island.

The body of J___ ____(ten?) of New York was (found?) shortly after 4 am in the _____ _____ of Grand (tower?) The it goes on to say some thing about "at the tower" "reported loud noises" "loft" I can also make out "a___ on the" I think it may be some one new. No one we have met as of yet has a name that fits. I wish I had one of those CSI thing to clear up a picture. And yes Charlie is really dead he said he wanted to leave the show to do other things. Kates last name is Austen or at least that's her dads last name

Not Sawyer's, I think Kate is with Sawyer. At the end when talking to Jack she said she had to go he'll be wondering where I am.
All I can make out on screencapture are the words "the body of" and link didn't lead to forum.l

I have not idea. My friends and I were watching it and we were just soo shocked by everything. lol I would say it could be Micheal, Locke, Ben, Sayid, etc. Any of then really...I think they just want us to think about this for the WHOLE 9 month break. I can't believe it is going to be gone that long. Tear :'(

No really. If you notice the funeral appears to be in Compton with mainly African-Americans hanging around. I don't think it is Locke... or at lease I hope not...
