Could always pull the baby out threw the mouth. Still would cause a tremendous amount of pain, but its alternative?

What???? Are you talking about birthing labor or work labor. Cause let me tell you giving birth (labor) is a hell of a lot harder then working (labor). I hope you have a great day and go smoke some more!!!!
