Why should Wal-Mart be responsible for you passing out in their store? Were they supposed to anticipate that you would pass out, and put padding around their displays?
If anything they ought to sue you for being so irresponsible and messing up their store.

Nope, and if you sue them they'll probably counter-sue you. They had no expectation that you would pass out, therefore they're not liable for you passing out and hitting an object, especially since as a store object will be in the lanes.

Once you sue them they'll counter-sue and what they'll win will far out seed anything you could possibly get. They'll sue for the items they lost because of blood being all over them, they'll sue for the cost of cleanning up the area, the cost of not being able to sell objects from that aisle, the cost of losing customers because they saw the incident and went home without shopping or went somewhere else. As you can see they don't have a responsibility to you in this case since they would have no expectation to know you where going pass out, and didn't cause you to pass out. Combine this with what they'll win in a counter-suit and you'll be bankrupt before long.

Why did you pass out in Wal-Mart? Were you drunk or on drugs? Are you epileptic? Did you slip on a banana in the produce section of the store? You did not say that Wal-Mart was negligent or in any way breached any kind of duty to you. You did not say that they maintained an unsafe store open to the public.

Going to a store should not be an opportunity for people to go there and fall down just to enter the "personal injury lottery." Are you trying to commit some sort of fraud?

You're joking, right? You'd be wasting your time and money and tying up the court for a frivolous lawsuit which you would probably lose. Not to mention, your frivolous lawsuit will come back to bite you and every other consumer in the butt when Wal-Mart raises its prices to pay for legal fees because idiots are suing for ludicrous reasons.

Why did you pass out? Was it WalMart's fault you passed out? I hate the fact that you and others like you will sue a company when it is really not their problem that you passed out. If something jumped off the shelf and konked you in the head it would be different. However, you are in the majority of a**h**** that feel the need to sue. You need an attorney and chances are he will end up with more money than you.

Can you prove that Wal-Mart is liable for the fact that you came in their store and passed-out?

And, it is a store, they can be expected to have things on the floor and between the aisles.

If you were walking on your own property when you passed out and hit your head on a rock, who would you sue then? God? or Yourself?

Perhaps you should be more responsible for your own safety and wear a helmet when you shop.

Did they put a hex on you and cause this? What will you sue them for? Items in those wide lanes are not a hazard. You should be happy you are OK and quit trying to steal.

For what? How was it their fault? Did WalMart make you pass out or was it the 100 beers you had the night before? Maybe you should just sue your doctor for not predicting it......or sue your best friend for not being there to catch you.

Tell them you want free 10 gallon buckets of animal crackers for the rest of your natural life. If they refuse, return your worn Hanes underware, unwashed.
