Same as Saddam's for supporting terrorist organizations that have killed our soldiers and thousands of innocent civilians!

Well I don't think we should invade Iran because anything that we would do to him would backfire against us. He would be considered a Martyr in the radical Islamic militant groups and then all HELL would break loose. However if we do invade and capture him, I don't know what he could be tried for? So I don't know what his punishment would be? I mean heck we said Saddam had WMD's when we invaded Iraq, yet we didn't find any so we hung him for an atrosity he did back in the 80's for an assasination attempt on him.
I mean would we have to make something up about how he is supporting terrorist activities and supplying weapons and money to Al-Queda? If so he would more than likely get life in a prison. I mean he is not a citizen of the U.S. so he couldn't be tried and executed for treason. He really hasn't commited any hanus war crimes against anybody? All he is doing is justifying his beliefs against us? Even though we may not like it, it is no different than if we lived in Iran and asked the same question about Bush? What would you do?

For what? For speaking out against the US and Pres. Bush?
I didn't know that was a punishable offense.
Why would you also invade Iran...when the Mission in Afghanistan is not finished and Iraq is a mess.
Where would you get the troops from?
The budget to fight this war? Do you really think that Congress will authorize the Invasion of yet another country?
What would the Arab allies say if the US invades yet another Arab nation? Are you looking to create more Terrorists?
Is Iraq not enough of a challenge?
Boy...some people really like to stack the odds.

Iran is actually a civilized nation. Nothing like what is shown on TV. Here look at some real pictures instead of those peasantish pictures you see on tv and emptiness.

We ( the U.S.) won't have to. Israel is watching Iran for any sign of aggression or that they have a Nuke and they will take care of Iran.
