Well, you know where your poop comes out so stay away from there. Where you urinate, it's impossible to get a tampon in there, so dont worry about putting it in there. So that leaves you with the "middle" hole. Where you menstrate from. That is where you would put the tampon. If you are really unsure, feel for the moistness of blood and that is where you would insert your tampon.

You have 3 holes lined up from top to bottom when you are lying on your back; your urethra is very small at the top and this is where urine comes from. Underneath that is the vaginal opening this is where the menstrual fluid comes from and where the tampon will go. The last hole is your anus and that is where the poop comes from. Experiment first with just inserting your fingertip into your vagina so you are sure of where you are going and then insert the tampon. Make sure to change it 2-3 times per day and you are on your way- congratulations.

Box is right. You need to insert that in your vagina. See if you can find some pics on the web to help you. Tampons are incomfortable if they are not inserted correctly. You will probably need to practice. If you can feel it, it's not in right.
Certain brands work better for some than others. Maybe call a girl friend if your mom isn't cool with talking. Your vagina is the middle outlet. If in doubt, get a mirror and sit on the toliet with your legs spread and start looking from the back forward. Chances are you won't be able to see the hole the urine comes out of, very small. You are looking for the opening in front of poop hole, (anus). It will probably be hidden by some fleshy lips. You're just going to have to explore a bit and practice. Good luck.

Honey you are so sweet. Ideally, your mother should tell you these things. Your poop (waste) comes out of your rectum which is in the rear. Your menstrual blood comes out of your vagina. Your urine comes out out your urethra which is a small hole in the upper part of your vagina and not very far inside.
The tampon goes in your vagina and you should put it far enough in so that only the string shows on the outside of you.
Is there a mature woman that you can talk to in the future? I know that you are embarrassed to talk about this subject but everyone starts out not knowing things. I think an aunt or older cousin would be glad to talk to you about these things if you don't have a mother or for some reason can't talk to her.
God bless you honey. Hopefully a woman will be able to tell you if the tampon will get wet in the water (I suspect it will) and lose some of it's absorbency.

The vaginal opening is between the ureter (where you pee) and the anus (where the poop comes out). It is practically impossible to force a tampon into the ureter. You will feel it if you try to insert it in your anus. You may have some problems getting it in, particularly if you have not yet had sexual relations. Get a tampon with a plastic applicator and try to relax. If you are tense, it will be more difficult to insert. You could also smear a little Vaseline on the applicator to help glide it into place.

i thought the same thing the first time. its really easy. just take the tampon out of the wrapper and just follow the directions on the box. its as simple as it sounds. if its hurting, just take it our and use another. if its uncomfortable, try another brand. i personally only use the plastic applicators becuasxe they are easier to put in. i like pearl a lot!

See, this is why we need sex Ed in schools. F*cking puritanical, hypocritical, ignorant Bible Belt parents don't seem to care if their daughters shove tampons up their ***, just as long as Jesus. Not to mention they're the most unChristian people in this country. And why "abstinence only" states have the highest teen pregnancy rates in the country.

take a few deep breaths and don't just shove it right up.
make it go towards your lower back it will find its way
all you have to do is relax and dont think about it.
