I'm not sure if you are able to book it online if you didn't book with Disney. I know if you book through the Disney site it will ask for this information when you book the vacation. However, after the reservation has been made I believe you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center. They can take care of everything for you that way.
When you book it you will need the basic information, for example your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail, etc. You will also need your reservation number, number of guests, the Disney resort you will be staying at, etc. Then you will need to have all your flight info available. From what I have heard they changed what you need, you only need the airline, flight number and date. I would still have all the flight info ready just in case, since I have never used Magical Express I don't know how much of the flight info they will need. You will also need to have the names of each guest that will be using Magical Express and if you require any special services, i.e. wheelchair lift.
Before making the reservation I would ask to make sure that you can use Magical Express. I know that you can use it when staying onsite and when booking with Disney, however, I have heard that Travelocity and those type sites have different reservation numbers (not sure if this is true or not) and that some people that have used them weren't able to use Magical Express. I'm pretty sure you still can, but before spending the time to book it I would check first.
Have a great time!
Okay, that's good! If it said that when you booked it, you should be fine. I've not booked with Travelocity or used Magical Express, so I wasn't 100% sure and just wanted to let you know what I had heard.

We've been very pleased with Magical Express. It saves us a lot of money because we don't rent a car. We use Magical Express to and from the airport and we use Disney transportation from the hotel to all the parks. It's great! It's also nice not to have to lug all the luggage around. We've used the service on three trips and each time our luggage arrived in our room about 2-3 hours after we got to the hotel. Just make sure you remember to put the stickers they send you on your luggage and you're all set! If you're going to swim at the hotel while waiting for your bags, remember to put your swimsuit in your carry-on. Or, you could just go right to the parks and when you come home that night the luggage will be there.

You'll want to contact Disney Reservations at (407) W-DISNEY and make sure that THEY have you scheduled for Disney's Magical Express. If you don't have your Disney Reservation Number, they'll have to look it up by your name and address. Whenever you book through a third party site (Orbitz, Travelocity, etc), you'll want to call and make sure that Disney knows your flight information so they can book you a seat on the correct Magical Express.
Have a magical trip!

I would call Disney direct. They ask for your flight number, will send out luggage tags, you check your bags at the airport in your hometown and won't see them again until after your arrival at your resort. It is a fabulous system! No waiting for your bags at the airport is a huge plus in my opinion.

if you are talking about the buses you don't book them you just get on them at your resort, they go with the park hopper thing. unless you are not staying in the parks you have to drive.
