In the USA??? It would vary depending on each state.....actually each city if not each Starbucks because the living cost is different in every state.

It depends on what city. Each city has it's own economy and the cost of living is different. For that reason they may pay different rates for the same job at the same company in different cities. You would have to look at their website and find the location that you'd be interested in working at and inquire with that location.
