That's an ectopic pregnancy, and it has to be terminated or it will burst her tube. If that happens it's very dangerous, and it could leave her infertile. There is nothing you can do, the baby can not grow in your tube, there is not enough room.

If she is pregnant, the egg is fertilized.
If it is 'stuck' [ implanted ] in the fallopian tube, it is called an ectopic pregnancy. [ ectopic means outside the uterus when applied to pregnancy.]
The pregnancy is not viable [ able to live ] because the embryo will outgrow the fallopian tube, rupturing it, which can cause death in the mother as well.
They can give a medication like the abortion pill, which will destroy the embryo and hopefully will pass, or do surgery.
The tube is usually removed during surgery.
Women can still ovulate and have a period every month, as long as the other tube and ovary are intact.
My sister had four babies in 4 and 1/2 years with one tube and one ovary.
Ectopics account for 2% of all pregnancies. Miscarraiges occur in about 10 % of pregnancies.

That is called an ectopic pregnancy. The risks include rupturing of the fallopian tube, hemorrhaging, infection and if untreated can lead to death (although that is uncommon with modern medicine). With early detection, sometimes the drug methotrexate is injected to dissolve the egg and save the fallopian tube. Another option is laparoscopy and the egg is removed, again saving the fallopian tube. If more advanced in term, then major surgery is required. Any ectopic pregnancy requires immediate medical intervention.

Your friend should not BE pregnant with a baby growing in her tube, she should have BEEN pregnant with a baby in her tube! Seeing as though I know she doesn't have x-ray vision, that means an x-ray tech or doctor actually looked into her uterus and saw this. If that is the case, she should have had an immediate surgery to remove the fertilized egg because she could die if that tube burst. Please let me know which hospital/doctor is caring for her because I do NOT want to cross his/her path.

If it gets stuck and never makes it to fertilise the egg, it is called an ectopic pregnancy.
It is a blockage and is not actually a baby.
These are quite common, probably a quarter of all pregnancies are ectopic. They are as common as a miscarriage.
Unfortunately, you will get a postive pregnancy test with these and some pain may occur, this is generally how women find out they have one.

She has to have it removed. Otherwise, as the baby grows larger, the tube will rupture. It doesn't expand.
