Why are questions on here very vaugue and not asked in?

Clear and concise ways?.....I am new to yahoo answers, but it seems hard to answer questions that are not really questions, or do not give enough detail to really answer....do people really want an answer or are they just being silly?

A lot of people appear to be here just to waste time.

And many people are apparently teenagers (or younger). Think of how articulate you were back when you were 12.

some are serious, perhaps not so well put. some are just people being silly. some are down right sick. guess which one i am!
