So I was talking to this guy, and he kept running his fingers through his hair. I mean, he didn't do it every second, like a nervous freak or anything like that, but he just kept repeatedly doing it, like every minute. He didn't do it when talking to other people. What could it mean?

It sounds to me like he likes you. These unconscious grooming/primping gestures signal that the person finds their conversation partner attractive, and wants that person to notice it.

He could be nervous and self conscious talking to you and primping at the same time. Hmmm...think someone may have a crush on you.

could be a problem with itchy scalp? just kidding. he's too concious of his hairstyle or wants his hair to stay in place. or he loves the feel of his hair so much.
