I already have my speech for a greek figure ready, but I am so nervous- the teacher is grading us on our presentation... TIPS to not be as nervous and do better?

there's so many tricks on not getting nervous in front of a crowd. really, the best way, is to be as prepared as you possible can. know what you're going to say. the most nervous i ever got was just the other day. i spoke in front of a crowd about services my firm offers, but i had prepared it about a couple hours before the presentation. man, you should have seen the sweat dripping off my eyebrows. i read straight off the page, and didn't make any eye contact or anything. oof, i can't believe i reminded myself. thanks, at least i got a pair (points)

You must be nervous because you might believe your speech might not be up to the same standards as the other students. Dont fret! I am sure that your speech is great (Proofread it) Make sure its something you can be proud of. When going up there think to yourself I cant wait to show off to my classmates just how smart I really am.
Remember I am Naked and so are the rest of us. We should be the ones nervous you should be the one with confidence. I gave that piece advice to my pupils and trust me it works everytime.

Practice, give the presentation to some friends or family.

This ALWAYS works: Just stand up there and pretend that everyone in the room is naked - except for a pair of black men's socks! That always does it for me!

focus on your friend only.
but move your head side to side so it looks like you're talking to everybody and look at the back of the room while you're doing that. when you refocus on your friend, make eye contact with them.
so it's almost like you're just talking to your friend only

stand at ease with your back strong. this will make you more comfortable if your standing. it makes you look good too.
