Always do, except once when the person offering had upset me just minutes earlier. Hotness not required... actually a bit of an impediment when it comes to being a 'friendly' free hug.

I'm only "touch feely" around certain people. If it's the pervert at work or a stranger wanting to hug me, ummm probably not. If it's my mom, my children or maybe even my husband on certain days, then yes, i'll hug them. Hugs can't be doled at to just any one.
