My family, my life and where we left off 15 years ago.. but first I would want to catch up with how that friend has been in the 15 years since we met and how he/she has carried on.
I would want to catch up on all memorable events in his/her life and then relate to him/her what has happened in my life, like the death of my mother and father, my 25th Wedding Anniversary, my daughter's graduation and wedding, my grandchild. I would want to know if he/she is happy for that is the most important question of all. I would also ask about her family and any mutual friends we had back then, and if he/she has ever seen or heard from any of them.
This did happen to me, and my friend and I could not stop talking about. the time when we were together, about our youth and friends, and of all the years we had missed being together. For 2 days on end we talked.. We laughed and cried and we had so much to tell. But most of all, Being able to look in others eyes and to touch and hug, was the real gift, that no phone or paper could do justice to.

where my life had taken me.if i was married or divorced had children or grandchildren.any deaths of family or close friends.jobs or promotions or education.if i had experiences which had strengthened my faith.any major illness or surgerys.and i would want to know all these same things about her.maybe we still have things in common or share a hobby and we could be friends again.the kind that spends time together and calls or emails.it could be very nice.

Probably just the huge events to begin with... and to see what has been happening in their lives.
