I thought that's what was going on right now!--sorry!, forgot about the guidelines

True. It has been limited by court rulings, but it does state in the Constitution that Freedom of association is a Constitutional concept based on the premise that it is the right of free adults to mutually choose their associates for whatever purpose they see fit.

It should be a persons right, and why should we care.
