Size depends on the waistline, not pants length. Also any 120-pound 5'4 female that wears a size 14-16 is nuts, that is twice the size they should be wearing.
I am 5'5 and I weigh 120. It depends on the brand sometimes.. Old Navy sizes run very small, I can wear a size 4 in their jeans. As far as regular sizes, I can usually wear a size small shirt from the juniors section, but if the sizes run small, then I wear a medium shirt. I wear a size 7 jeans. If the pants/jeans sizes are labeled small/medium/large instead of numbers, I pick a medium. If you are ordering clothing online, they have size charts too.

I can't believe people are saying those sizes -- size 16? No way!! Those are my exact measurements, I'm 5"4 and weigh 120 pounds and I wear a size 0, sometimes a size 2. I've never even owned a pair of pants that were larger than that.

Shirts - Medium - Large or size 5-7
Dresses - anywhere from size 5/6 to - 7/8 or depending on the cut a 9/10
Pants - Probably between a size 5-7

I would think about size 7 pants and a medium or small shirt. In high school I was 120 and 5 3" and that is what I wore.

I'm Aussie, have about the same specs, and am a size 10 in Australia. If she's athletic, maybe go the size 8, though (what with muscle weighing more than fat and all).

Size is hard to pin point since we are all shaped differently. (long or short legs/torso or small waist bigger hips, straight legs, curvy ones) Google women body types & size chart examples so you can view the various body types. Pick what you feel she looks closest to and then use the size measuring chart converter so get the size. It's still a long short, becuase different companies size their clothes differently depending on their buyers appeal.

Hard to say not knowing your length of pants. Probably size 5 or 7.

That sounds about like my sister. A five or a seven in juniors. Probably a 6 or 8 in misses.
