I am NOT a doctor, but I do have three babies aged 3, 2, and 3mos. I experienced the same thing, I think more with my first baby. I think that everything is just all swollen in there and kind of seems to be coming out. Remember to do your Kegel exercises, it will strengthen your muscles down there (also makes sex extra good!) Give it a few weeks, your body just went through some very serious trauma!

it will take your uterus to build back about 6 weeks if not longer ...but maybe u should go to the doc because i was never be able to look inside to see a pc of organ ... and i had 5 kids !

This could just be swelling, but I would follow up with your OB, as uterine prolapse is common after multiple vaginal deliveries.
It is just a possibility, and probably not a likely one, at that, but it never hurts to get it checked out.

you are fine. everything is not back in it's place yet. and stop messing with things down there before you give yourself an infection.
