Insert the CD, into your cd drive. When the program opens there will be what is known as a "wizard", actually instruction that you must follow on the disk. Just follow the instructions as given on the desk until you see "installation complete".
Really don't know what else to tell you. I don't use "BitDefender", so I don't know what is on the disk. Can tell you that almost every installation on any disk, will pretty much have the same instructions for installation, with perhaps a different sofware "wizard".
When the installation is complete don't forget to either open your tray on a manual basis and remove the Cd, or via your mouse/monitor, "eject", from CD Drive.
