It will depend on when you are going, if you are staying onsite, if you plan to take advantage of extra magic hours, etc. But, in general you can expect 8 or 9 in the morning for Magic Kingdom. Typhoon Lagoon (the water park) is usually around 9 or 10 in the morning.
The best thing to do is check the park hours for your dates. Just remember that sometimes the times do change, i.e. a special event and things like that. So, the hours are not set in stone, but it is a good way to get an idea of when they will open. I would still check the hours when you get there to make sure they don't change. Times are different every day! Check your times at Disney's website. I believe they post 2 months in advance. Don't forget that the park featuring extra magic hours for resort guests will be the busiest park that day, so if you won't be using extra magic hours, go on another day.
