Ok, the Ecomony blew during Carter's time(its not all his fault), but Congress shared the fault too.

Jimmy Carter wasn't that great of a president either, but that doesn't mean he can't criticize someone else's presidency--especially when what he says rubs some people the wrong way.

People are mad at him because former Presidents are not supposed to criticize the current President.
He was peaceful. So much so that the world thought the United States was a punching bag!

I don't see what's so wrong with what he said. If he's not allowed to have an opinion, maybe the current administration is taking away more rights than we thought.

Because what he said was "unprofessional". Truth can be said in a much more palatable way...
Also, I think people still remember when he wanted no Christmas lights on any house in the USA...
