Dispite the studies that have been done, do you think light is a particle, ray, or both?

Both and neither.

It shows signs of both, although it shows the properties of a wave, not a ray.

A light ray is made out of light, which is a wave and a particle, a phenomena known as wave-particle duality. As was shown in many experiments, like Young's diffraction experiment and Einstein's photoelectric effect.

What do you mean 'despite' the studies? That's who we find out what stuff is. By studying it.

It shows both wave and particle nature. Very difficult to pinpoint what exactly it is. Seems to be a bit of both.

in my opinion , light is a form that is composed of very tiny particles that as a whole appears to be ray.

It depends on how it is observed. Sometimes it behaves like a particle and sometimes it behaves like a wave.
