I totally understand what you are trying to ask.
It's been that way since the dawn of the caveman, woman enjoy security from a man; food, clothes, shelter and protection.The basic things.
But times are different now. Men can't take woman by brute force anymore. You must buy let her participate in vanity, and you need a lot of money for that.
So the answer to your question is once a woman gets a good man or husband they will do whatever it takes to keep him because men are very permicous, and they don't trust them around other females.

Did u mean "serve"? To serve is to do something for someone or give special help to. Waiters serve u food in a restaurant. Married women "serve" their partners by managing the household. Not that they really like it, but they're duty bound.
To "sever" is to cut off or break off. "His head was severed in the battle." Need to re-phrase ur question.

well, i took total care of mine.so bad till it made some women mad at me at work, just knowing i did it. the reason i did it was, i loved him soooo much. we had a perfect marriage for 27yrs. fussed once, i guess i just picked it up from my mom. i'm still old fashion, and do as much as possible for my boy friend, i don't smother him, my ex loved it. and so far so does my boyfriend.i've always craved it. to be able to do this way. i will say. even though my marriage ended after 27yrs.(his choose) 2 yrs. later, he said he'd made a big mistake ending it. i always kid my boyfriend about it. telling him i do it to no end, that way, if he ever leaves me, he's runt!!! can't do it on his on. and most will never do for him like i do or did. lol. i will add, do for your mate, treat him with respect, and he'll treat you like his angel. mine does. hope this helps to answer your ?
