A whiny, bored-with-life upper middle class usually white teenager, who listens to emo or screamo music, wears black jeans intended for girls, shops at Hot Topic and thrift stores, cries more than is healthy, cuts wrists and does stuff like carve heart shapes into their skin, smokes and does drugs (unless they are 'straight edge' - then they will walk around with sharpie'd X's on their hands, different thing altogether) and despise anyone 'conformist' - apparently they are non-conformist even though they all look, dress and act the same.

hmmm... if it is a person, it refers to people who wear tight jeans and tight shirts and a bit like gothic but also a bit not like them. but if it is a music, then it is a genre of a music that is just like the type of music that My CHemical Romance and All American Rejects do.
