How old do you have to be to legally move out of your parents house without their permission in NJ?

nope no sugar daddy, and I cant be emancipated...I turn 18 in October....and no, food and shelter are not the problem either, and no compelling reason a judge would intervine....

The age of majority in NJ is 18 years.

You can move out, but there is the minor issue of getting food and shelter. At 18 or 16, you will probably only be able to get entry level jobs like flipping burgers or sweeping. To pay the rent on a small apartment and get food and transportation, you'll probably have to work 2 jobs. Leaves little time to enjoy the newfound freedom.

Unless there is a sugar daddy waiting in the wings who will feed and support you and buy you all the toys you'd ever want, until he/she gets tired of your face after about a month.

i suggest that you get emancipated. But the thing is to get emancipated you cant just say you want to leave just because you want to you have to have a really good reason.

Eighteen or upon graduation from high school unless a judge intervenes.

SOME states its 16 you can go get a court order.
