I am a little confused (like most others) but it's intersting to see a new direction.

Holy hell, I don't even know. But Jack is obviously messed up about the whole thing, because apparently Ben was right about how they're not supposed to leave the island. And knowing how Jack always has to fix things, that's probably why he wanted to do that chicks surgery himself, and why he feels he needs to go back to the island so badly because now there's nothing left for him to fix.
Could this just be like, an alternative to what can happen? Like how Des's premonitions didn't always have to come true, the same goes for the rescue situation? As in, Jack doesn't have to make the choices that he did and things could be different?
All I know is that Charlie better not be gone for good, or I will shoot someone. And why the hell does Mikeal never die!? I don't know, but there are still plenty of questions that need answering before anyone leaves that island (the smoky monster, polar bears, venzetti equation, fertility problems, etc).
I suppose LOST was probably the most appropriate title anyone could have given this show. Coz that's all anyone ever is.

My mind is literally swirling in about 80 different directions as to where they could take it from here. Who was in the coffin? Is Charlie really dead? There must be people still left on the island, or why would they bother to go back if they were all rescued ... and Rousseau said she wasn't leaving, so she's definitely still there. What a great show ... Sayid broke somebody's neck with his feet! Lol ... that rocked :) And who could have predicted Hurley busting in with that VW van ... craziness!

Well, I'm pretty much tearing out large chunks of my hair....other than that, I kind of liked it. A little confusing, I'll admit....oh who am I kidding--it was INSANELY confusing! But that twist at the end was interesting and unexpected.

i thought it was good but too confusing. i thought i was a flashback till the end but he talks about his father like he is still alive so how could be the future i love this show but it just makes me so fustrated! and seeing walt was big suprise i didnt expect to see him at all.im pretty bummed about charlie

What? If Des can go back in time...why can't the rest of them? Jack messed something up though.... NOW he's Dad is alive??
