jonathan's answer isn't right, but this is jus a quadratic equation, use F.O.I.L. if you know what it is, but first to make it easier you should just replace each term with a separate variable, or you could just do it to the square roots since they are a little more difficult, make square root of c = x (not square root of x) and square root of 5 = y (if that's not enough make d = w and 3 = z) so you will have (x + d)(3 +y) or (x + w)(z + y) then use FOIL:
F stands for first, so multiply the first term in each parentheses so you would multiply x and 3 or x and z. then
O stands for outer, so you would multiply the outer term in each parentheses by each other for x and y
I is for inner so you would multiply the inner term of the parentheses for d and 3 or w and z
L is for last to multiply the last term in each parentheses for d and y or w and y

you would then have a product of 3x + xy + 3d + dy OR xz + xy + wz + wy

you would then replace each letter for what it stands for and add together what you can add together, which I believe is nothing, so you will have 4 terms

Hints:
square root of x times square root of y = square root of x times y, both under the same square root sign

x times the square root of y = x*square root of y, if x isn't a square root it will sits outside and to the left of the square root sign and does not need a multiplication symbol next to it

(c +d)(3 + 5)
= 3c + 3d + 5c + d5
= 8c + 3d5

Note the symbol for square root doesn't come out so in this answer  = square root as that is how it shows up!
