You CAN, but you shouldn't. Urine contains far more than simply ammonia and would foul the tank pretty badly. For example, human urine is very salty and would raise the salinity in a tank quickly if over used. Far better to use pure bottled ammonia or even a bit of fish food. Just feed the tank daily like it had fish in it and allow the food to rot and produce ammonia. Once the ammonia is off the scale high stop feeding and allow the bacteria to grow that will lower the ammonia.

Once that happens just vacuum out any remaining bits of food with a gravel siphon and you're ready for fish.

Yup...it's a substitute for fish....ummmm urine :) Seriously..you can. Don't know that I'd WANT to..but it's an ammonia source...just like dead shrimp, decaying food, feces...and..well urine :)
For fishless cycling, I prefer using bottled ammonia though.

Yes though there are much better methods that have already been mentioned. If you choose to use urine, please be careful and try to not slip off the top of the aquarium and drown. You might win the Darwin award for that one.

Its more likely to introduce pathogens that would cause you more problems than its worth.

some people have, but a bottle of ammonia, pure ammonia, is a better choice.

Yes, I suppose you can...

It contains ammonia.

I'd prefer do use something like dead shrimp though.
