These chicks just don't get it... Pantyhose on women are just plain hot hot hot. Not to mention the benefits they don't understand...
1. Graduated compression pantyhose will prevent formation of varicose veins. They improve circulation tremendously and that is why athletes wear (both sexes).
2. They look great in ALL situations. Compare two women going out on the town for the night...one with and one without...I positively guarantee the one that gets all the attention will be the one with the pantyhose even if uglier.
Pantyhose makes one look sophisticated no matter the occasion.
3. They provide warmth (some) when worn under pants or skirts and if worn with shorts or mini they will provide cooling (even in the hot sun) if you are active (air movement) due to wicking moisture from the skin and evaporative cooling. (Really they are high tech but most don't know that).
4. Most women answering here probably never bothered to find the right fit and material. Pantyhose with near 30% Lycra will fit ALL bodies beautifully and be comfortable if you get the right length. The is no minimum or maximum age for wearing pantyhose.

Guess I am also missing something here.... none of the reasons for not wearing them seem valid to me. There are plenty of women that know the power of pantyhose that are not answering here :-

Pantyhoses are in just not in the U.S.A they were at one point. The younger generation now wears garters with stockings. They say pantyhose is to hot in certain temperatures but. What women dont know is it makes them look hot, irristable, passion. Everything a guy is wanting thats what pantyhose does to guys. I think since the European world is still into pantyhose and since fashion over there starts and ends here. We might see pantyhose making a come back, there a pantyhose couples convention in Las Vegas every year in Oct. and they have had increases in couples these last couple of years.

I think that we do not should generalize, there are a lot of women that think that pantyhose are so nice too...probably these girls that answered above never have told them that wearing pantyhose simply look great and hot. =)

They're not in...They're for older woman who like to cover up skin..Or if you want to be more elegant/classy you would wear pantyhose. Some clothes you do wear pantyhose with because it looks right...But overall, they're out of style.

It's not that they aren't in. people usually wear dress socks, or knee highs, or whatever you want to call them. It's mostly because they are uncomfortable. Good luck!
