Yes it is made by Geen Day and it they were singing it on American Idol tonight and you know there is more songs by differenet artist by this name!

It is a new cover version of the John Lennon song from 1970 of of the "Plastic Ono Band" Album. This is also known as the "Primal" record by John Lennon because he and Yoko were going through primal scream Therapy at the time.

this is a cover song of an old John Lennon tune, he recorded it in 1970...however Green Day just recorded it not long ago and it is expected on an album, Instant Karma: The Amnesty International Campaign to Save Darfur, due out later this year.

Its actually a early 70's song by John Lennon, Green Day has done a very good job covering it tho, I'm surprised. Not usually a fan of covered music. In the original, there is alot of cussing tho. Good song, they really sang it well. Dont think its been released yet, cuz I haven't seen it on Limewire yet?
