My friend says these bands I like suck all of them.I like Korn, Linkin Park, AC/DC, Nine Inch Nails, Buckcherry, Rancid, My Chemical Romance,Wolfmother, Evanescence, Kiss, and the Gorrilaz.So are there any other bands that are like any that I just listed that are "cool".and dont you think my friend is a loser.

Your friend is a total loser....but some of the bands arent exactly great.....linkin park, nine inch nails, buckcherry, my chemical romance, wolfmother, evanescence, and gorrilaz r kool tho.

The Gorillaz don't suck. I think that your friend probably hates most of those is because they are maintream and have to cater to the masses and give in to the whole commercial thing. Your friend probably thinks that they are the kind of music that posers listen to or something. Although, I would argue that AC/DC was cool in their day. The Gorillaz are on the line between mainstream and underground. They have some popuar songs but they aren't really REALLY famous, and are still innovative. They have some good songs. Try "El Manana"

I would say that your friends are pretty lame. Wolfmother, AC/DC, and Rancid are very talented bands in my oppinion. I would have to say that AC/DC has paved the way for alot of other rock bands with their awesome vocals and invividual guitar riffs. Also, Wolfmother is different and they do good with the style that they have chosen to use. :)

My Chemical Romance & the Gorrilaz totally rock. Linkin Park & Evanescence are okay. Sorry, I don't know the rest, but I see a problem here.

I think AC/DC is cool... mostly from Back In Black backwards. Nine Inch Nails is cool, and Kiss has a lot of cool music... at least they did... the other bands I'm not really fond of... but the way I see it: Like whatever damn music you like, and tell anyone who thinks your taste sucks to take a flyin' frig at a rollin' donut.

Korn isn't that great. Buckcherry and Nine Inch Nails are annoying! Gorillaz is kind of stupid, too. No offense. And how could you call your "friend" a loser?

I know that KISS isn't really considered cool anymore, but I listen to them- I grew up listening to them thanx to my older brothers. The rest are pretty cool too, but a lot of people have a misguided perception of Evanescence- most of the songs aren't like the ones you hear on the radio. tell your friend the he/she needs to get a better taste in music!

These bands are ok except for AC/DC, which is the BEST band in the planet. Your friend is not a loser, if you say so, but his/her musical taste is dubious.
