A woman should be always concerned about pregnancy until one full year of no spotting or bleeding. Even then there could be a chance of ovulation for a while.

The basic answer of course is yes.
One person said the oldest was 67 however that was with fertility treatment (and she falsified her information).
Provided you are healthy and havent under gone Menopause you COULD get pregnant 'naturally' and of course there is fertililty treatment (as previously mentioned).
