It seems that my email address has gotten on the sbcglobal.net spam list as whenever I sent to someone with that domain it gets put in their spam folder. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

You can either create a sub account or you can start unsubscribing to every spam email you get. It took me four days of constantly unsubscribing to handle my spam. I had too many people that I needed to talk to, that is why I did not create a sub account as Verizon advised me to.

No, they are self govern which is a pain, all you can do is by filling the online form or contact then and then wait.
Word of warning, make sure all your computers on the same IP network are cleaned before you do that, as as soon as one of them is infected and startto spam or emails out with virus attached, your domain/IP will be logged again, making the next removal request harder.
