The dragonfin (bichir) is semi aggressive and requires 90 gallons. The oscar is territorial..not very aggressive actually...and requires 50 gallon.
Depending on the personalities and a tank that is minimum 120 gallons, the oscar and bichir could be fine.
I wouldn't keep the channa with anything though. These guys require 100 gallons and want to be ALONE. They've even literally busted through their glass tanks.

The Dragonfish and Oscar can still co-exist if the tank is big enough. The snakehead will not take any prisoners ! Hope you understand what I mean..

the snakehead will eventually get big enough to eat the others. It is way more aggressive then the other two

Kill the snakehead. They don't belong in aquaria.What ever you do don't release it. Just kill the damned thing.
