i found love for many years with a drug, crossing both lines, drugs made woman available, and i was in love with the power and self worth drugs gave me, its i believe worst than money, Drugs hold far greater power than money, with drugs there were always woman, always someone willing to do your dirt because you had the drug they needed or wanted, looking back all those people Friends i called them then, were nothing i meant nothing to them it was the drugs they respected me for, without them i was just another sap on the streets, I have now found the love of my life in sobriety, fighting the urge each day is challenge and each day i beat it I'm one day stronger and one day happier, love can be found everywhere, but true love starts with yourself, so-mot-it-be,

I met the love of my life when I was just 11 years old. I met him at a little country church that we started attending when we moved out here in the middle of no where.
We became good friends and just last year we told each other how we really felt about each other and I've been SO happy and we are going to get married & live happily ever after!

I don't have pets. I don't have a love of my life. All I have is a special friend for the last 12 years. And I probably shouldn't be doing that. I guess I am a little afraid to have my heart and soul brutalized for a third time.

Some say your life is "pre determined". I call mine 'quite by accident' and being at the right place at the right time. All the jobs I've ever had (and that's a few) I've loved and excelled at, and came into all of them quite by happenstance. And some people with whom I've had some kind of love......all again by chance. Some guys are lucky, I guess. But maybe that's because the love of my life has been life itself. It's been a great lover to me.

I remember that beautiful pinky sunset, over the houses, the streets and the smoke of the factories. And I was thinking that the day is almost finished and I still have so much to do. I was alone in my room watching it from the window. It was so calm and beautiful that made me write my first poem.

I have loved many people and things and when it comes to love I realized it's not any particular way that you find it. My husband was my best friend for years and one day I woke up and realized he was my missing link. I also love one of my cats dearly. He fills a void in my life, it's strange to say since he's a cat.
I guess when you search yourself to find who you are, you will find love.

I found the love of my life with him insulting me about doing his taxes, then calling to give me his apologies. We were together for 12 years. Sorry it didn't work out forever.
