In favor because it should increase wages and jobs in Mexico. The harm done to American workers by trade within North America is probably less the the harm done by the flood of illegal immigrants that come here because of the poor job market in Mexico. So far it has not lived up to my expectations, but I will give it another 10 years before giving up on it.

Vehemently opposed! Bastard clinton screwed America royally and it's not over yet! First, it caused American companies to move out of the country for cheap labor. Then it allowed cheap labor to swarm into the country like la cucaraches to grab up good paying jobs Americans should have. Now the country is flooded with cheap low quality Chinese garbage (like in Wal-Mart). China is getting rich at our expense. Plus clinton gave the Chinese everything they needed to drop a nuclear bomb on our heads! Russia wouldn't even allow that! NAFTA is a disaster and will only get worse.

It has led to companies to flow borders to much less costly labor, unemployment, factories to close, an unhindered invasion of our u . s . via workers who will artwork for much less pay (taking jobs far off from keen individuals), and the inflow of inexpensive products poorly made via close to-slave labor. those much less costly products are inflicting American manufacturers to close down as a results of fact the cost of work is so intense right here and that they could't compete with distant places wholesale products. as much as now as low-experienced jobs flow, those jobs have been to be taken via youthful green human beings to offer them somewhat pocket money jointly as gaining journey and getting their coaching. adolescents could desire to initiate someplace yet NAFTA is meddling via making those jobs unavailable.

Against it, because it is bad for American workers and good for the mexican workers and their government. It is so one sided and has no benefit to the US..
