Unfortunately, no one really knows at this point. Injuries, hot streaks, and the expected opposing pitcher can all play a part in determining who to put on the mound.

If a manager has thought this far ahead, he doesn't make this information public. Recently the Blue Jays had a chart listing the probable pitchers for the next month up in their clubhouse. When a reporter startd to scribble down all the names, he was cautioned that there may be changes to the rotation.

Your best bet is to wait until a few days before the game and start checking the media for probable pitchers.

If both teams current roatations hold true until then, Florida's starting pitcher would be Dontrelle Willis and Chicago's would be Jon Garland.
