tommorow my sister is going to my pregnancy appointment with me, do you think she could be in the same room as me?

Sure, if there are questions to be asked in private, or if it's your first appointment and need your pap, your doctor will politely ask your sister to step out for a moment when she performs the exam.
My sister has gone with me when my husband was unavailable just for 'moral support'.

Sure.....it is your body, you can do whatever you want. Remember, ultimately the doctor works for you, and you should do what makes you comfortable. Just remember you may be getting a pelvic exam. Do you want someone present for that, and will she be comfortable with that? My husband or mom was there for many of my visits and my delivery.

Sure, not a problem. You might get a PAP Smear though, just know that...but it's not a problem at all.

If it is, re-evaluate your DR!
