what a difference, its like nite and day, I usually use my computer to do word,excel and surf the net, now i feel everything is working twice as fast, is this possible or is it just my imagination. Before my connection was VGA.Comments/suggestions shallbe highly appreciated

DVI and VGA connections both send the data at exactly the same rate.

The CPU and GPU are not involved in any way with the digital or analog links.


So it is your imagination, or some other thing that has changed.

Word and Excel are both going to be waiting on you.

Surfing the net is going to be very dependent upon your connection speed which can vary day to day and minute to minute, especially if you are on a cable modem.

dvi is faster than vga, so its probably actually happening. also the video quality is higher

DVI is straight digital !
