I hate it when Patriots fans refuse to recognize that Manning is a great QB. Same thing with Colts fans when they say Brady isn't very good. Just flat out ignorance.
Anyways the toughest QB is Brett Favre without a doubt. I'm giving David Carr my honorable mention. To get sacked as many times as he did and still play nearly every game, its amazing.
***** could mean anything. I'll assume its short for most underrated. In that case Trent Green = *****

Jeff Garcia = toughest
Eli Manning = biggest b*tch
The toughest qb is debatable. There are many tough qbs in the league but given his size and his courage when it comes to scrambling and taking hits i choose garcia.
There is no question about the biggest b*tch. It is clearly Eli Manning. He is afraid to take a hit which causes bad throws and interceptions because he doesn't step into them. He also whines a lot and reminds me of a little girl.

Toughest is John Kitna, he keeps getting sacked and keeps getting back up for more, and does not get injured as often as most who get hit as many times as he does. (Though David Kreig is the toughest of all time for the same reason by far the largest heart of all time in the NFL to last as long as he did.)
Biggest QB is Dante Culpepper who is 6-4 and 265 lbs.

Farve is the toughest by far,
but i would also say Big Ben Toothlessberger is moving up the list. Very few QB's can stop a moving vehicle with their face.
McNabb - when was the last time he finished a season?

Seriously, how can Peyton not be considered tough. He has missed one practice in his entire career. There are a lot of tough QB's in football like Favre, Brady, and others.
The biggest ***** would have to be Michael Vick. Not because he participates in dog fights or tries to hide dope in a water bottle, but because of one particular play last year. Late in the season last year when Atlanta was still in the playoff hunt, he gets tackled late in the game. Walks off the field and takes himself out of the game. Schaub comes in to releave him. The Falcons lose and Vick sat out the last 5 minutes of the game. He declared himself OK the next week right after the game. If you are a warrior and tough, you don't take yourself out the game late in the season fighting for a playoff spot. What a *****.

I think the toughest this past season was Chad Pennington. Coming off surgery and leading the Jets to the playoffs is quite an achomplishment. I think the biggest ***** is Mike Vick. Flicking off the crowd and getting involved with the dog incident is too much.

Toughest - Byron Leftwitch. Didn't this guy play on a broken ankle in college. He has played through numerous injuries in his pro career as well, although it only hurt him more.
The biggest ***** would have to be Michael Vick. The stuff he has been accused of are not what any NFL player should be involved with and it is exactly what Goodell is trying to get rid of.

Toughest? Farve went years without missing a game. Leftwich, on the other hand, played with a broken leg in college.
Dumbest? Whoever is willing to line up behind the Texan's or Raider's lines.
******? Eli Manning perhaps?
