There are actually several different types of hermaphrodites.
Most hermaphrodites have only a small pouch for a vagina, and can not get pregnant.
The rarest form of hermaphrodite contains full reproductive organs. They can get pregnant.

I honestly don't know about humans, I believe that most human hermaphrodites have only one set of internal organs or neither set of internal organs. That being the case, they couldn't. Other species who are hermaphrodites naturally (like some worms etc) can but usually don't for genetic reasons.

I believe it depends on the person. Some have partial sex organs of both sexes, others may have complete female organs and partial male organs.
My guess is that no, most can't get pregnant.

No because they only have on set of inner organs, they may have a deformed outside, but it might also be that they have a vagina outside, but testes inside or visa versa. They generally dont have two complete sets of sex organs.
