Toucans and the Cock of the Rock are Central and South American. The terms "tree frog" and "panther" are somewhat more generic and are used to refer to any number of frogs and cats respectively.
In any case, if you're looking for a single place with all of them, try any number of Central and South American countries. The Cock of the Rock is a really spectacular bird!

I have seen toucans in Mexico. Tree frogs are in cool moist or tropical areas. I have seen them in California. Some tropical tree frogs are toxic & are used to coat arrows for hunting.
North America has Toucans & Tree frogs.

Toucans are south american - also in central america (neotropics, says the wiki page)
These creatures can be found on the american continents, asia and sometimes europe
Some dark leopards (called panthers) are found in Africa
