How do I setup parental controls for my children at home?

I want to setup times for my child to go online,so they will not go online when their not suppose to.?

It all depends on what your Internet provider supports.
With Yahoo/ATT (or SBC) in parental controls you can specify how many hours per day they can be on-line, but I am not sure you can specify the hours.

It is easier to create individual Login accounts on their or your computer where only yourself knows the password. Then, they can use them only when you Login them in.
