There are no laws on cats like there is on dogs. And somehow I just don't understand that one... an animal is a animal and pet owners should be more responsible with their animals even if that pet is a cat. Fair up the law... make pet owners responsible for cats as well!

Stand out there in the eve,in a hidden bush with a handy cold water spray bottle..after a while that'll teach them, but be sure the stream is powerfull....

whatever you do, please dont do anything dangerous, like kill them , or put posioned sardines in the holes because i used to have a cat that got killed like that because the guy didn't want him in their yard.

or take him to the pound. that's just mean. why don't you try telling the neighbors to keep their cats indoors or something

Ask your neighbor to obey the leash law....

If you don't want to talk to them about it, use mothballs where you don't want them to be, or get a copy of your local leash law, and post it on their front door.... anonymously, of course

when i was a kid i had a sand box. apparently all the local kitties thought it was a nice outdoor litter box. not so fun for a little girl :(

go to Lowe's and buy some Cat Nip plants and put them in an area where you don't mind them hanging out.
