Tie the entire paper in with "Jungian" psychology... Every individual's aware brain as a "shadow..." (the unconscious) The "aware" aspect of our brain is Dr. Jekyll... The "subconscious" aspect, or "shadow," if you're going to is Mr. Hyde... Look up Karl Jung fabric...(or simply purchase the Cliff Notes and get it over with...) Hope this helped...
