Verizon Wireless?

does anyone know if verizon wireless is having problems because, my cell phone isnt working. when i try to call someone it does nothiing then says call failed. no one elses phone in my family is working either... but my friends that also has verizon her cell phone IS working anyone know whats going on here??

call customer service from a land line and report this issue.
they will fix investigate then repair.
