Yes, check with Koolance they have many mods for other brands... kinda pricey. I got rid of mine after a year, for over heating issues. Good luck

Yes this can be done quite easily. Have a look at Maplin.co.uk for some kits and parts. It may well be the graphics card cooling that is noisy, especially if it's a bit powerful. Be careful though as water leaks and computers don't mix very well
