Damn I wish I knew. #2 is 15 months old and I never really lost the weight from #1. I am at the post 2nd-pregnancy weight but that last 5-10 pounds is EVIL.
And I did breast feed with both of them.

Just eat healthy, walk A LOT, what I did while I was pregnant was squats and lunges, to keep my legs in shape. Also look for any workout video that is pilates designed for pregnant women.

Walking is the safest excercise. All doctors advise that you only do excercies that you are used to from before - don't start/try anything new since you are pregnant. Walking is considered safe throughout the pregnancy.

i played bastekballl and softball also ran track and now im just working and im 7months pregnant and they say im all baby so i wont have any baby fat walking and dricking milk will help u my babys very healty they say

walk for now because if you haven't worked out prior to pregnancy then you shouldn't start while pregnant
