Yes, they have to give the singers that have been on the show 5 more minutes of spot light. Not to mention all the freaks to give everyone one last laugh.

I agree! They are trying to pump up ratings but are losing viewers instead with the stretched out drama. The show should just be a results show that summarizes the season and lasts for 30 minutes.

The show is two hours long because of the singing performances and everything. They always announce the winner last minute! It will be kinda boring in the beginning. I wish the show would be only 1 hour long instead of 2.
