Does anybody else think that the contestants on American Idol perform better after they've gotten the boot, or is it me? Especially tonight with the males.

They all seem to sing well when they're singing together in a group but I can see what you're saying. They guys that got the boot did sound a little better tonight.

I sooooo agree. I was just thinking the same thing about a few of the girls and Phil and Chris with the curly hair.

it seems for the men, you do better when you don't win. Reuben and Clay Aiken, clay Aiken had a better career after Rubens song you never heard from him. Taylor hicks and daughtry. daughtry is amazing, love his songs. so with the men it seems you do better coming in 2ND or 4Th.

maybe its because theres less pressure on themm.. i mean.. no one is going to vote for them anymore, and they dont have to worry about what teh judges might say to themm... and also, they dont have to worry about being voted off the next day!!
